Tricia delivered a video for [our project's] enterprise-wide roll out that truly blew me away! It is a visual masterpiece. The script itself clearly communicates the roles and responsibilities for our administrators, and the execution of the video is clever and eye catching. This will greatly benefit the program roll out. Tricia helped pull [our project] in a modern direction by proposing and implementing the use of animated video (Vyond) to introduce the project’s many software tutorials. She quickly developed a process for creating on-brand videos and created a central character that would be used across all training videos. Not only did Tricia learn Vyond inside and out, but she also taught her teammates how to execute high-quality work as well. She conducted demos, one-on-one sessions, provided detailed feedback, and was always available for a call or chat when a question arose. Her efforts led to the successful launch and consistent updating of over a dozen self-paced learning videos featuring our new central character.
