The Details
The objective was to create a video for a company-wide meeting that showcased how my team leveraged Microsoft Bookings to successfully execute the logistics for a large-scale training program.
The video needed to clearly explain the strategy, demonstrate how scheduling was streamlined at scale, and highlight measurable impact.
My Role: Team Lead, Production
Led the creation of this showcase video demonstrating how my team leveraged Microsoft Bookings to deliver a large-scale training program, which was shown at a company-wide meeting. I shaped the narrative, co-wrote the script, designed custom animations to visualize workflows and scale, and edited the final piece.
Translated complex operational logistics into a clear, engaging, and sometimes humorous story for a wide audience.
